Sophia Wang’s earliest projects were homemade books and her own food porn collaged with grocery coupon clippings. She received a B.A. in English Literature and Visual Arts from Columbia University, and is currently pursuing a PhD in English at U.C. Berkeley. Her recent projects include foam and plaster sculpting, knitted plastic, exhibit fabrication, and as always, a dissertation on postmodern epic poetry.
